We have been having an exciting time with Brian! Mari-Mann has several schools already, they filled up fast and were a very big hit. Join us for the next one on Monday, February 10th 2014. Brian always provides a wonderful experience for our school participants – both with delectable food and a light and extremely entertaining evening.
You will be treated to generous portions of a wonderful meal constructed right in front of you and Brian’s sense of humor. Finally, what would a cooking school be if you could not take the recipes home with you? We provide the recipes at the beginning of the evening for you to follow along as Brian puts together the meal for you. Ask a question too if you need clarification on some item on the handout or on his technique. Come enjoy this evening with us!

Unless otherwise specified all events are at the Mari-Mann Herb Farm on the North End of St. Louis Bridge Rd, north off of Rock Springs Road. Unless otherwise stated, please call to reserve your spot for any class, lecture or event, as a spot can only be held once payment has been received. The Herb Farm is open year round, Monday through Saturday 9 am-5 pm and Sunday’s 12 pm-5 pm. (Closed Major Holidays – please call in advance to make sure we will be open on any major holiday.)
